Cancellation Policy

At SlimKaya, we process orders quickly to ensure your luxury garments are delivered as soon as possible. Please read our guidelines regarding order cancellations:

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order at any time **before it is dispatched** from our fulfillment center. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at slimkayaofficial@gmail.com or use the cancellation option within your account dashboard.

If your cancellation request is received and approved before dispatch, we will refund the full transaction amount back to your original payment method. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch / In-Transit

Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, **we cannot accept cancellations**.

If you change your mind after the package has left our center, you must wait for the delivery to arrive, receive the package, and then initiate a return request in compliance with our 7-day [Return and Refund Policy](/refund-policy).

3. Right of Refusal

SlimKaya reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Garments being out of stock or failing our final quality inspection.
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product specifications or pricing listed on our website.
  • Suspected unauthorized or fraudulent transaction activity.

In the event that we cancel your order, we will notify you immediately via email and initiate a full refund.
