But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason – it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

Return & Refund

We are committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction and are accountable for providing you guys with the best-finished goods. If you are still unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can Refund/Exchange the product to us within 3 days from the delivery date, as per the terms and conditions mentioned below.

* The product should not be tried on more than once after opening for trial purposes, should be unwashed. There should be no stains, marks, stitches and holes in the product(s), caused by the customer.

Product(s) should reach us in sellable condition, i.e., all tags and the original packaging should be intact and should be sent along with the product

All replacement/refunds will only be processed after the product(s) have been received by our team and have cleared the quality check.

The cash-on-delivery (COD) convenience charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
