Shipping Policy:
- Our products, under the brand name Slimkaya, are shipped within 24 hours of order placing.
- Estimated delivery time is within 3-5 days.
Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 3 days. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at mykeenconcept@gmail.com.
Terms & Conditions:
- The product should be in its original condition.
- Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit.
- An email should be sent immediately to mykeenconcept@gmail.com with details (order number, full name, address, and description) if you want to initiate a return.
- Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- For Cash on Delivery returns, please mention your account number and IFSC while placing the return request.
Refund Policy: We currently don't offer refunds. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with our policy.
Cancellation Policy: The cancellation request can be done within 24 hours of placing the order before Dispatching Your Product to you. If the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
